(Summary)
DDC Holdings applies blockchain and IoT technology to digitize and tokenize agricultural assets in Vietnam — enabling transparent supply chain traceability, asset liquidity, and sustainable investment opportunities for both farmers and global investors.
Their vision: elevate the position of Vietnamese farmers and agricultural products in the international market, using Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization to connect local agricultural value directly to global capital.
This is a first-of-its-kind use case in Vietnam — which made the design challenge both more complex and more important. There's no existing mental model to borrow from. The product had to educate and inspire confidence simultaneously.

DDC Holdings
Viet Nam
DDC Holdings is pioneering the tokenization of real-world agricultural assets in Vietnam — using blockchain and IoT to bring transparency, liquidity, and global investment access to an industry that has historically had none of those things.
(Role & Team)
Designed the marketing website and investor-facing platform UI — establishing visual credibility appropriate for an emerging-market RWA product
Created the asset tokenization flow — showing how a physical agricultural asset becomes a digital token, traceable on-chain, investable globally
Designed the traceability dashboard — allowing both investors and supply chain partners to verify agricultural origin, processing, and logistics in real time
Contributed to the brand visual language — modern and trustworthy enough for international investors, grounded and clear enough for Vietnamese agricultural partners
(Challenges)
Making RWA tokenization legible to two very different audiences
DDC Holdings serves two audiences with completely different mental models:
Investors (local and global): Sophisticated enough to understand RWA as a concept, but skeptical of unproven platforms — needed strong credibility signals, transparent asset documentation, and clear return mechanics
Farmers and agricultural partners: Unfamiliar with blockchain, potentially unfamiliar with digital investment platforms entirely — needed plain-language explanations, tangible benefit framing, and a product that felt built for them, not at them
Designing for both without losing either required a layered approach — credibility for investors on the surface, accessibility for agricultural partners underneath.
(Results & Impact)
✅ The platform positions DDC Holdings as Vietnam's first serious RWA agricultural tokenization platform — design credibility matches the ambition of the mission
✅ Asset tokenization flow makes a genuinely complex process legible to non-technical users — no prior blockchain knowledge required
✅ Dual-audience design approach serves both investor credibility needs and farmer accessibility needs without compromising either
