The collection features 4 rarity tiers (Common, Rare, Epic, Galactic) across 5 physical traits with 20 variations each — and during the first 2 months of mint, a 2% chance to pull the ultra-rare Galactic Bumpie made the experience genuinely exciting.

Contributed to the mint site design — creating a high-anticipation, trust-building experience that communicated collection details, rarity odds, and mint mechanics clearly before users spent any ETH
Designed the rarity display system — surfacing the 4-tier, 5-trait structure in a scannable, exciting format that rewarded exploration without requiring a spreadsheet
Contributed to the BumpieVerse character presentation — designing the persona cards that give each character type (Coconut, Brown Sugar, Lychee, etc.) a distinct visual identity and personality expression
Designed the benefits and utility section — making the game access, DID integration, and reward ecosystem feel tangible and real to prospective minters
(Challenges)
Making an NFT feel like a companion, not just an asset
Most NFT projects fail the same way: the art is the product, and the utility is an afterthought added to justify the price. Bumpies needed to feel genuinely different — a character you wanted to own because of who they are, not just because of what they'd be worth.
Character identity: Each Bumpie needed enough personality to feel distinct — not just randomized traits, but a character with an MBTI, zodiac, hobbies, and a backstory that fans would engage with
Rarity communication: 4 rarity tiers, 5 traits, 20 variations each — a complex system that needed to be communicated in a way that was exciting, not overwhelming
Mint experience: The mint flow is the highest-stakes moment in any NFT launch. It had to handle high traffic, communicate rarity odds honestly, and deliver a reveal experience that matched the anticipation users had been building
