(Summary)
HyperLaunch is a decentralized token launchpad built on LUMIA, supporting two distinct launch mechanisms: IFO (Initial Fair Offering) and IDO (Initial Decentralized Offering). The platform lets Web3 projects raise capital from the community through transparent, on-chain fundraising — no insider allocation asymmetry, no pre-minted tokens.
The platform also features a DEX for post-launch trading, an AI-powered onboarding layer (HyperAI), and a unique 'Invest Now, Pay Later' mechanism using locked LUMIA tokens minted as rwaUSD — making it possible to participate in launches without committing upfront capital.

(Role & Team)
Designed the main marketing site and app entry flow — the first experience users have with HyperLaunch before connecting their wallet
Created the IFO/IDO differentiation UI — making two complex mechanisms distinguishable at a glance through visual hierarchy and plain-language labeling
Contributed to the project listing card design — surfacing the right credibility signals (team, raise target, timeline, participation mechanics) without clutter
Designed the 'Invest Now, Pay Later' explainer flow — breaking a novel DeFi concept into a 3-step interaction that users could understand without prior knowledge
(Challenges)
Making DeFi fundraising feel human
Token launchpads are notoriously hard to use. The mechanics — post-determined allocations, simultaneous funding windows, dynamic liquidity AMMs — are genuinely complex. The design challenge was to surface just enough of this complexity to build credibility, without overwhelming users who just want to participate in a good project early.
IFO vs IDO: Two distinct launch types with different mechanics, risks, and user flows — needed clear differentiation without becoming a DeFi textbook
The 'Invest Now, Pay Later' feature: A genuinely novel concept (lock LUMIA → mint rwaUSD → invest) that needed to be explained in plain language at the exact moment users needed it
Trust in early-stage projects: Users are betting on unknown teams. The project listing UI had to communicate credibility signals without overpromising
(Results & Impact)
✅ IFO and IDO flows clearly differentiated — users can identify which mechanism a project uses and what it means for their participation
✅ The rwaUSD 'Invest Now, Pay Later' concept communicated through progressive disclosure — no wall of text, no jargon-first explanation
✅ Project listing cards give users the credibility signals they need to make an informed participation decision
